The site is located adjacent to Gerard Behar Center and the Pritzker Plaza on Bezalel Street and the area bound by Menora and Ussishkin Streets. There are a number of small art and cultural schools in the area including the Bezalel School of architecture. The plan seeks to bring together in one campus the diverse artistic communities and studios, and expand the programme into a teaching and academic center. The project will be built classrooms, study halls, administrative offices and underground parking.

The scope of work included coordinating the planning and design of a scheme to integrate four departments of teaching and design. The proposal included; film department, (Spiegel), theatre and acting, and different area for visual communications. The project focused on a common structure that includes a common administrative system. The project is waiting for the necessary funding to proceed.
