The Museum was founded by The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and The Jerusalem Foundation, and operates under their auspices. The museum exhibits try to give a better understanding to the world of science, nature and technology and aims to arouse the curiosity of the visitors and deepen their understanding of the scientific and technological world.

By 1992 the project required doubling the size of the old museum, by integrating a new contemporary design with the old structure. The Firm was responsible for managing the design, integration, programming, construction and supervision of the building, and all it s electro mechanical components.
