City of Modi'in Plazas

City of Modi'in Plazas

In Modi'in the plaza or square was chosen as the feature to connect the landscaped green valleys with the commercial center. These areas are designed for activity and a concentration of people moving between shops. Areas for rest and shade are integrated into the design to provide a pause or break in activity and a place of meeting. The Firm has completed two squares:

Modi'in Town Square
Modi'in Town Square

The Town Square is flanked on three sides by shop fronts and connects the main shopping area to the transportation center. It is built on two levels: The lower level is the central bus station with associated shops and cafes and the upper level features a water fountain and connecting water channels that flow under large deciduous trees and around seating.

The market square connects Valley Hula with the commercial core.
