The City of Rishon Lezion, one of the original first Aliyah settlements established in 1982 and now a growing modern diversified city south east of Tel Aviv, wished to create a city hall focus, consolidate departments and welcome the public.
The scope of work included planning, co-ordination, management and supervision of the initial City Hall complex which includes 40,000 m² including 1,200 parking stalls and occupied by 800 city employees, including all site development around the complex.
